A few years ago, we assembled a team composed of staff from every level and department in our accounting firm, and gave them the task of capturing our core values and re-writing the rules of employee relations. What they developed, “The Bonadio Promise”, is now firmly incorporated into our culture and way of doing business as a CPA firm.
We’re a CPA and management consulting firm dedicated to continual self-evaluation, because without it we become an ordinary CPA firm instead of the extraordinary market leader we are.
