BLUThe Bonadio Leadership University (BLU) is a two-year leadership program to develop the future leaders of our CPA firm through education and strategic project involvement. BLU classes meet three times a year for workshops and education, brainstorming sessions, and special project work.

BLU participants get opportunities to discuss the very latest management theories, interact with peers from throughout the firm, learn from clients, and experience first hand accounts of what makes a great leader from very special guest lecturers.
