Tom Bonadio, our Managing Partner, started The Bonadio Group (TBG) around his kitchen table in 1978 with one partner and his mother as the accounting firm’s administrative support.

Since then, TBG has grown and diversified from a CPA firm primarily offering tax and auditing services to a multi-dimensional accounting, tax, business advisory, and financial planning organization. Regionally, we have grown to be the largest independent CPA and financial services firm in upstate New York, and nationally, we are a Top 100 CPA Firm. (Just to provide some perspective, there are currently over 46,000 CPA firms in the country.)

Our growth isn’t a function of happenstance—it’s a product of the hard work, professionalism and dedication of our partners and staff to going beyond client satisfaction to delivering extraordinary value. Whether we’re helping clients with compliance needs and issues, or finding ways to grow and protect their assets, TBG is known throughout upstate New York as the “& More” CPA and business advisory firm.
