Background & Experience

Part of The Bonadio Group since 2005 when his former firm, Fiddler and Company, merged with TBG, Joe’s experience encompasses all facets of public accounting with a special emphasis on tax and estate planning. He has extensive experience with wholesalers, distributors and retailers. Joe also has substantial skill in real estate, structuring limited partnerships, consulting on financing, multi-state tax issues and working with subsidized housing programs.

Joe’s personal philosophy of getting to really know a client’s business and foreseeing and responding to their needs is reflected in the long-term nature of his account relationships and those of the firm. Much of his work is with closely held companies as a consultant to owners and executives on topics such as executive compensation, business expansion, management succession and estate planning.

Prior to joining The Bonadio Group, Joe played a key role in the growth of Fiddler and Company LLP.

On the Personal Side

Walk into Joe’s office and you will always find a bowl of fruit flavored Jelly Beans and an upbeat attitude. He has determination, a subtle sense of humor, and a can-do attitude that makes him a pleasure to be around for staff and clients alike.

Joe lives in Williamsville with his wife Barbara and dog Gracie. He has three adult daughters Pamela, Lauri and Lisa.

Joe is active in Brookfield Country Club where you will find him on any given Thursday.
