Background & Experience

Mike joined The Bonadio Group on January 1, 2007 when his firm of Loguidice & Kamide, CPA’s PLLC merged with The Bonadio Group. Mike co-manages the Syracuse office with his partner of 20 years.

Serving in the public accounting sector since 1972, Mike has a broad range of expertise from small to large businesses, including multi-state business clients, to tax-exempt organizations, trusts and estates.

Mike prides himself on giving personal attention to each of his clients—big or small. Embracing the small town feel of the Syracuse office and the personal touch that he is adept at, clients get a warm and friendly welcome walking into the firm; it is not unusual to see them catching up with the staff while they enjoy a cup of coffee before their appointment. No matter their need—tax planning, financial divorce counseling, end of the year planning, buying or selling a business, or a corporate acquisitions—Mike always takes the time to explain their options fully so they leave with complete understanding.

If you hear laughter that probably means Mike is around. He has a knack of getting his clients to laugh no matter what brought them to the office; his goal is to have them leave with a smile on their face regardless of circumstance. Mike truly cares about people and it shows in everything he does.

Mike resides in Fayetteville, New York. His hobbies include hiking, bike riding, traveling, cooking, entertaining and spending time with his family, which includes three granddaughters that keep him smiling!
