Background & Experience

Part of The Bonadio Group since 2002, Paul is a Partner in the Tax Division. His experience includes working with domestic and international companies ranging in size from mid-market privately held companies to publicly traded multinational corporations. In addition to specializing in state, federal, and international tax planning, he has advised on numerous acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.

Paul is adept at developing proactive strategies to help his clients, at corporate, shareholder and owner levels, minimize their tax liabilities and maximize asset growth. He also plays a key role in maintaining the Firm’s currency of ever changing tax law and regulation, and in that capacity, serves in a staff training and mentoring role.

Prior to joining The Bonadio Group, Paul spent six years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Rochester, and has ten years of diversified audit and tax experience with Deloitte & Touche and Investors Bank & Trust Company in Boston.

Paul enjoys skiing, hiking, and mountain biking when he can fit it into his schedule. He and his wife Kelly have three young children, Kayla, Aly, and Ryan.
