Background & Experience

Roger joined The Bonadio Group in 1995 as a manager in their Tax Department and became a tax partner in 2000. In 1999, Roger co-founded MS Consultants, LLC, a division of The Bonadio Group, and spends most of his time in this area. MS Consultants specializes in Cost Segregation Studies and other innovative tax saving ideas for real estate owners and developers. In addition to providing Cost Segregation Studies, Roger serves as tax consultant for several large real estate builders, subcontractors and owners, fast food operators, and medical professionals.

Roger’s primary responsibilities center upon bringing his clients innovative ideas. He accomplishes this through keeping abreast of tax law changes, expertise garnered through real life field experiences, and a competitive attitude when it comes to moving beyond compliance into tax minimization.

Prior to Bonadio, Roger worked in the tax department of a Big 4 firm.

On the Personal Side

Fast-talking, story telling Roger has a story for every occasion, like how he got to have dinner with the President and Mrs. Bush. Roger and his wife Jody have three teenage children. Roger enjoys activities with his family and coaching his daughter’s softball team.
