The TBG Fraud and Abuse Hotline
is the Best Strategy for Early Detection
For both purposes of regulatory compliance and fraud reporting, TBG offers The TBG Fraud Hotline, consisting of inbound and outbound communications for receiving and reporting compliance irregularities, accounting or other fraud and abuse. The centerpiece of the program is a toll-free, anonymity guaranteed phone number, and evaluation and summary reporting of the claim by trained and experienced TBG professionals.
- Employers pay an annual membership fee based on the number of employees.
- Next, we work with you to determine the best way to introduce and sustain this program with your employees (meetings, letters, break room posters, etc.)
- Employees are then given a letter of introduction and a business card with a toll free number to call to report any suspicions of fraud and abuse.
- A confidential voice mail system is put in place. Employees are guaranteed confidentiality and will not be asked to identify themselves. Our voice mail system does not have caller ID enabled and no effort will be made to identify their name or telephone number.
- Information provided will be summarized and delivered to a member of senior management along with a preliminary assessment of the complaint.
Following the delivery of our report, we are available to provide consultation and/or investigate any allegation.
