Compliance Program Assessment, Development and Implementation
Bonadio uses a comprehensive approach when developing a compliance environment for health and human services providers. We can work with you to create a compliance plan that addresses the seven elements required by government agencies and auditors, including: performing an organizational risk assessment; developing a compliance plan document; and/or developing a strategic compliance plan implementation schedule.
Once your compliance plan and implementation schedule are in place, we can assist you with a complete list of compliance activities, ranging from selection and education of the compliance officer and committee members to developing an annual compliance work plan.
And, after the plan is operational, Bonadio will work with your compliance committee for the required ongoing monitoring and auditing activities and/or to develop plans of corrective action related to internal audit findings.
