Her primary focus is serving the financial services industry, including clients in the banking and credit unions sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Amy served a variety of private and publicly held entities, including banks, credit unions, broker dealers, insurance, health care, non-for profits, colleges and universities. She has extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting regulations, Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, initial public offerings, private placement memorandums, mergers and acquisitions and FDICIA compliance.
