The Bonadio Group Hosts 2012 Construction Summits With Two Nationally Acclaimed Construction Industry Experts

The Bonadio Group’s Construction Division is presenting its Annual Construction Summits East and West – Summit East on Tuesday, March 6th at the Albany Marriott from 7:15am – 12:00pm and Summit West on Thursday, March 22nd at Salvatore’s Italian Gardens in Depew from 7:15am – 12:30pm.

Summit East – Building a Better You will feature nationally acclaimed construction entrepreneur and speaker George Hedley of HARDHAT Presentations and Hardhat BIZ-COACH. George is a business building expert who helps contractors and entrepreneurs take their companies to the next level with proven BIZ-Development strategies. He will talk to attendees about finding new customers, implementing a winning business development system, building a strong management team, implementing the 12 step formula to always make a profit, and much more!

Summit West – A Blueprint for Success will start with an introductory presentation – An Overview of the Current Surety Environment presented by Harry Wolf of Liberty Mutual Surety. The keynote presenter, Charles Vander Kooi, will speak on one of the top concerns of contractors today – People Management. Attendees will learn how to keep a crew motivated, develop a system that recognizes an employee’s contribution to the company, deal with employees with bad attitudes, recognize and work with the 4 personalities that exist in a business. Vander Kooi will also talk about other topics that are vital to effectively running a successful construction company.

The cost to attend each Summit is $50 per person and all proceeds are being donated to Capital District Habitat for Humanity (Summit East) and Habitat for Humanity Buffalo (Summit West).
