Background & Experience

Bruce is the partner in charge of Bonadio’s Small Business Advisory Group and a member of the Firm’s Team Leader Committee. He has over 20 years experience in providing tax, audit and business advisory services to closely held companies, including tax and financial statement audits and special project consulting including strategic planning, projections, financing and business valuations.

Bruce’s success in building one of the best known and respected small business advisory groups in the market is a direct reflection of his ability to bring the Firm’s & More philosophy to his clients, combined with creating a small firm feel within a large firm environment. He is particularly adept at understanding client needs and issues and organizing firm and other resources to help them grow their business and achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Bonadio, Bruce was the Managing Partner of Zicari and Co., LLP, a family accounting business that spanned three generations, providing over fifty years of accounting service to the Rochester area. Zicari and Co., LLP merged with Bonadio in 1996.
