Background & Experience
Claudia is the Director of Bonadio Receivable Solutions, LLC, which specializes in improving accounts receivable performance for healthcare providers and third party payers.
Claudia’s areas of expertise include recovery of aged accounts receivables (cash recovery), operational assessments of revenue cycle functions, medical records documentation, system conversion assistance (as it relates to accounts receivables), interim management of revenue cycle functional areas (admitting, registration, billing, collection and physician practice management) and assessment of internal controls.
Claudia has provided consulting assistance to healthcare entities throughout upstate New York. With her assistance, healthcare providers and payers, including physician practices, hospitals, nursing homes, insurance companies, healthcare clinics, durable medical equipment suppliers, etc. have recovered millions of dollars of outstanding receivables, and improved collections, productivity, internal controls, and quality control while educating staff and reducing bad debt.
Prior to joining Bonadio, Claudia was a 20 year veteran in the healthcare industry, both as an “insider” in day-to-day health administration and an “outsider” managing her own consulting business for the past 16 years. Prior to this, she was a Senior Manager with KPMG.

Claudia lives in Pittsford with her daughter, Kate, who is currently attending the University of Rochester. Some things you may find Claudia doing in her free time are:
enjoying the open fields…riding her horses, an Arab/quarter horse pony and a thoroughbred, and playing with her dogs, a Dalmatian/pointer cross and a Westie
reminiscing about her favorite pet Sam…a Bouvier des Flandres who was a champion in agility and obedience competitions and a most loyal and loving dog
learning military history…she loves to read about the Civil War
