Background & Experience

Dave joined Bonadio in 2000. As a partner in our cost segregation division, Dave is responsible for managing all cost segregation projects, engineers and cost segregation accountants on staff.

Dave has personally been involved in thousands of cost segregation studies, and has helped clients in a myriad of industries realize tremendous tax savings as a result.  Past project studies include apartment complexes, automobile dealerships, manufacturing plants, office buildings, retail centers and his personal favorite, golf courses.  He has traveled extensively throughout the country to analyze property, meet with clients, prepare cost segregation studies, and make presentations.
MS Consultants, LLC brings the '& More' philosophy to all of our clients as well.  Dave and the members of the team are always looking for additional ways to assist clients with various tax saving opportunities such as Green initiatives, energy savings, fixed asset and depreciation analysis, and more.

Dave resides in West Seneca with his wife Susan and three children, Matthew, Megan and Michael. Some places you might find Dave in his spare time are:

vacationing at Disney World… a self-admitted Disney enthusiast, he has the greatest admiration for Walt Disney's innovation and entrepreneurship, as Walt was a true Level 5 leader.  The whole Disney experience stands for valued customers, relationships, and family

camping with his sons…he camped exactly once in his life prior to his sons joining Scouts…now sometimes he feels like he sleeps in a tent more than his own bed…but he loves every minute of camping with the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts
