Gregg Genovese, CPA, CVA

Gregg Genovese is a Partner in Bonadio’s Small Business Advisory division.  He joins Bonadio’s ranks with more than 13 years of experience in providing tax, auditing, and business advisory services to closely held companies, including tax planning, compliance services, strategic planning, merger & acquisitions, and business valuations.

Prior to joining the firm, Gregg was with Freed Maxick Battaglia CPAs, where he procured a diverse and successful client base.  His client service expertise will help fuel the growth of Bonadio’s SBA practice.
