Personal Quote

“Providing top quality services and products and exceeding client expectations are major goals for our department – and the entire firm. We achieve this through ongoing education, internal accountability and attention to every detail of each client’s particular needs.”

Background & Experience

Heather joined Dorfman-Robbie, CPAs, P.C. in 1998, and became part of Bonadio in 2008 when Dorfman-Robbie merged with Bonadio. She has been a partner since 2006 and is tax director of the Albany office where she oversees the tax department.

Heather’s degrees in both accounting and law serve her especially well in the area of tax and estate planning. Her breadth of knowledge and experience in the areas of income taxation of individuals, commercial businesses, and trusts, and tax issues involving tax-exempt organizations, construction and real estate development make her an integral part of our tax team. She is frequently called upon to present on the topics of taxation, including income taxation of trusts and estates at local and regional seminars, and she provides a vital educational component to the Albany office staff.

Heather’s clients trust and respect her knowledge and abilities, and she has been instrumental in expanding the tax and estate planning services offered by the Firm.
