Background & Experience

Kristen is one of our “home grown” partners, having started with The Bonadio Group right out of college. She was admitted to the partnership in 1998 and now serves on the Firm’s Team Leader Committee as well as in a critically important position as partner in charge of the Professional Excellence Division. In this capacity, she is responsible for all of the Firm’s quality control processes and procedures, including peer review and inspection, as well as directing and coordinating all training for the Firm.

In addition to playing a key role in the Firm’s administration, Kristen has served as an engagement partner for a number of tax-exempt, public authority, and healthcare organizations. She is particularly well respected for her advice regarding technical accounting and auditing matters and for providing her clients with assistance in navigating the complex regulatory labyrinth they face.

Kristen’s professional achievements are a direct function of her dedication to high quality, independent service, and a demonstrated penchant for turning client problems into opportunities through meaningful, practical business suggestions.

Kristen lives in Pittsford, NY with her husband Jeffrey and two young children Justin and Julia. In her free time you may find her:

living her motto…’your children only get one childhood, make it memorable’… you will find evidence of her devotion to her children all over her office where children’s artwork and photos abound

jammin’ to some tunes…her favorites include DMB, Beatles, Queen and Miley Cyrus…because she has no choice

by the water…her last vacation was to Hilton Head Island to relax with her family
