Background & Experience

Part of Bonadio since 2005, Paul started out with the Firm as a principal and was promoted to a partner in the Tax Division in 2008. Prior to joining Bonadio, Paul was a manager of International Tax Compliance and Planning at Eastman Kodak Company.

Paul’s impressive background of tax and business knowledge and experience enable him to bring leading-edge tax planning strategies to our clients. He provides a comprehensive array of tax and consulting services including accounting and taxation of foreign transactions and operations, transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, R&D credits and incentive credits, & more. He works with both public and privately held companies in a wide range of industries such as manufacturing, construction and real-estate, high-technology/software, and professional services.
