Starting July 22, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form was redesigned to support mobile devices.  Beginning with the 2017-18 FAFSA, students can now complete their initial or renewal applications on smartphones and tablets. Some questions have been grouped differently to provide a more user-friendly experience, and layout changes were made to support the display on mobile devices.  As the 2018-19 application process begins, FAFSA.gov is providing information and screen shots to assist students, parents, and administrators. There is also a web demonstration available that can be used to train staff, as well as to assist students and parents.
