Kristin is a principal with ValuQuest, LLC, a division of The Bonadio Group that provides valuation and litigation support services, along with associated consulting to businesses, individuals and their counsel.

Kristin’s professional experience includes the valuation of various equity classes for companies operating in the manufacturing, construction, retail, healthcare, and professional services industries, among others.  These valuations have served many purposes including:

Prior to joining ValuQuest, Kristin served as Director of Business Valuation Services at Mengel Metzger Barr & Co. LLP (MMB), a multi-office regional Accounting and Business Valuation Firm located in Upstate, New York.  She was a Valuation Analyst at another Upstate New York valuation firm where she played a key role in performing in-depth valuation engagements for private and public companies in a variety of industries. She was also a financial analyst for several different companies including a 501(c)(3) printing company, an Upstate New York energy company, and a national cable television company.  Kristin started her career at U.S. Trust Company of New York in Estate and Trust Administration.

Kristin graduated from Hobart & William Smith Colleges, and holds a Master of Business Administration in finance from Fordham University.  She is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

Kristin is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and attends both NACVA and American Society of Appraisers (ASA) Upstate New York Chapter meetings.  She periodically publishes articles on valuation issues in the Daily Record, a daily periodical for trial lawyers and judges in New York State.

As an active member of the Greater Rochester community, Kristin is the former Chair of the Arthritis Foundation – Upstate New York Chapter’s Advisory Board of Directors and is currently an elected member of the Church Council at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church where she also serves on the Finance Committee.
