Molly is a Healthcare Consultant in the Government Compliance and Labor Division and is the lead auditor for the firm’s Medicaid Demonstration Project engagements. Molly is a Registered Professional Nurse who received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from SUNY Brockport in 1982.

Before joining the firm, Molly held a variety of clinical, regulatory, and administrative positions in the Rochester healthcare and insurance industry. Molly has been a presenter for the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Financial Management Association (FMA), New York State Association of Community and Residential Agencies (NYSACRA), New York State Rehabilitation Association / Research and Rehabilitation Research and Training Institute (NYSRA/RRTI), and Association for Community Living (ACL).

Molly has extensive experience assisting clients with Medicaid regulatory compliance issues and programs in a broad array of provider types including OPWDD, OMH, OASAS, county governments, physician practices, clinics, and home care. She has worked collaboratively with OMIG personnel and established solid working relationships with members of the OMIG County Demonstration Project team.

Throughout the County Demonstration Project, Molly has been the lead auditor on all audit types including pharmacy, durable medical equipment, transportation - livery and transportation - ambulette audits. During the course of these audits, Molly has identified issues that have resulted in targeted investigations with potential repayment of Medicaid funds and has testified at Administrative Law Judge hearings. Additionally, Molly has significant experience in leading change within the healthcare industry including process improvement identification, process change, and new process implementation. She is an accomplished work group facilitator as well as a dynamic public speaker. Molly has received local certification in Continuous Quality Improvement, Facilitating Change, Leading Change, Facilitation Training, and Customer Service.
