REPLAY: Commercial Loan Trends in the Market and Loan Documentation

This webinar session addressed the trends in commercial lending and adapting loan documentation to meet the changes in the lending market. Presenters discussed commercial real estate challenges, interest rate and index changes, risk management, financial reporting requirements and covenants to be included in loan documentation to assist with market challenges and lending risks. With the uptick in troubled loans, we looked at how forbearance agreements can be utilized to assist with securing the lender and assisting the borrower. Finally, we discussed technology in loan documentation and how it can be utilized by lenders to assist with maintaining and growing their relationships with their business customers.
