Brenden serves as an Analyst on The Bonadio Group's Investment Banking and Transaction Advisory Services team and the Business Valuation team. His role involves being a strong team member to provide quality guidance to clients across various areas of M&A transactions and business valuations including but not limited to quality of earnings assessments, sell-side investment banking projections, deal structuring and negotiations, due diligence, as well as succession, transition, and exit planning.
Furthermore, Brenden takes pleasure in exploring many different regions and cultures around the world. He enjoys diverse outdoor activities such as golf, skiing, hiking, and physical fitness. Brenden anticipates further growth ahead, embracing the learning opportunities that accompany it!
