The Bonadio Cares Award

The Bonadio Cares Award, established in 2019, is given to one individual each year who is actively living out the Bonadio Purpose every day. These folks give back to their communities, help others in need, and try to make the world a better place.

Danielle Fiorello is a Senior Audit Innovator in our Syracuse Office.

Danielle was recognized as a 2023 Bonadio Cares Award WINNER. Outside of the office, Danielle spends her time volunteering for the American Heart Association where we works to honor her late sister. Danielle has organized a walking team with her family to help raise money for the foundation.

Purpose Day

Every year, employees from across our firm’s footprint join together for our annual Purpose Day, a day dedicated to making an impact on the communities we live and work in by supporting local non-profit organizations. Each of TBG’s offices are closed for the day to ensure all employees have the opportunity to participate and give back to a worthy cause.

United Way Campaign

Every year, our firm participates in the national United Way Campaign. This campaign is an incredible opportunity for our People to live out the Bonadio Purpose and give back to those who need it most. Our annual contributions make a collective difference to those who rely on United Way funding to support a piece of their daily living. The donations we made as a firm translate to real solutions, programs, and services for people in our communities every day.
