To achieve this, we have established a Council for DE&I, responsible for leading initiatives to promote a diverse and welcoming atmosphere within the company. Our ultimate goal is to ensure everyone feels empowered, valued, respected, and safe while working with us.

At TBG, our Council for DE&I, which is aimed at creating a truly inclusive work environment where all our people can achieve their greatest potential, is made up of four committees:
