If you are looking for an internship that involves real accounting experience, DE&I initiatives, community involvement opportunities, schedule flexibility, and more, then you’ve come to the right place! Check out the below FAQs for more information on the TBG Internship Program:
Q: Are remote internships offered at TBG?
A: Not at this time. We believe that the best learning and development happens with in-person interaction and relationship building, so all internships are currently in-person opportunities.
Q: When are internships offered at TBG?
A: We offer internships during the spring semester and over the summer.
Q: When should I apply to the TBG Internship Program?
A: We typically recruit interns in the September/October time frame during on-campus recruitment. Be sure to check if we will be on-campus at a fair or other event—connecting in person is always best! However, you can always find information about current openings on our careers page and we encourage you to submit your resume any time.
Q: What should I do if TBG does not recruit at my school?
A: If we do not recruit on campus at your school, please feel free to reach out to Rachel Pasternak, Recruiting Specialist, at rpasternak@bonadio.com or check out our careers page.
Q: What does the typical schedule look like for an intern at TBG?
A: During the spring semester, we work around our intern’s class schedules. Part-time interns typically work approximately 20 hours a week; however, we also accommodate full-time internships in the spring for those with availability. Summer internships are typically full-time, with half-day Fridays, from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Work life balance is very important to us here at TBG, so we are willing to work with you around any outside commitments such as extracurricular activities or pre-planned vacations.
