New York Construction Business Invited to Participate in The Bonadio Group's Biennial Compensation Survey

Rochester, N.Y., October 15, 2020 – The Bonadio Group’s biennial Contractors’ Compensation and Benefits survey is now open to participation by New York State construction companies and contractors. The results of the survey, which will be released in early 2021, will inform construction leaders if they are paying competitive salaries in their region, if their benefits and vacation policies stack up, and how COVID-19 has impacted industry wages and employment levels.

“The challenges of this year have created a unique business environment for construction companies and many are looking for direction with regards to the best next steps they can take to move forward,” said Michael Smith, CPA, CFE, Partner and Construction Team Leader, at The Bonadio Group. “The results of this survey will provide crucial information of interest to industry professionals as they develop their strategic plans for the year ahead.”

The comprehensive survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete and should be submitted by November 15, 2020. Participants will need their payroll and benefits information available to fill out the survey. All data provided is strictly confidential – only The Bonadio Group benchmarking staff will have access to the survey data. No individual data will be available to any other organization and the data collected will only be used for The Bonadio Group's 2021 Contractors’ Compensation and Benefits Study for New York.
