Rochester, N.Y., April 21, 2020 – In response to firm employees looking to support their communities during these difficult times, The Bonadio Group established the Bonadio Gives Back program to collect donations for local charitable organizations and Bonadio clients who are helping communities during the COVID-19 crisis. Over 130 employees donated, raising a collective total of over $10,000 in just two weeks.
“During difficult times, the good and the bad in people is often revealed. Without a doubt, I’ve seen nothing but positivity and selflessness from the folks at this firm,” said Bruce Zicari, Managing Partner and CEO. “This is just another example of our Bonadio Purpose in action and I’m incredibly proud to be a part of this team.”
The funds will be donated to charities across New York State in the key regions Bonadio operates in. The organizations receiving contributions are as follows:
- Foodlink, Inc.
- Samaritan's Purse.
- Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless.
- Restoration Society, Inc.
- Samaritan Center.
“These organizations are making huge differences in our communities by providing assistance to those most in need,” said Zicari. “We’re just happy to be able to support them in any capacity we can.”
