The Bonadio Group Continues Growth Trajectory with C-Suite Expansion

Rochester, N.Y., July 6, 2021—Nationally ranked Top 50 CPA firm The Bonadio Group has taken another step in its growth trajectory with the addition of two new C-Suite positions. Heather Rudes and Andre Hill have been named Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, respectively. These promotions, which are effective immediately, align with the firms’ mission of elevating and rewarding its people.
In their new roles, Rudes and Hill will continue to oversee the firm’s Human Resources and Marketing teams. They will take on additional responsibilities in helping to guide and manage the firm at the corporate level.

Rudes has been with the firm for seven years and has over 25 years of experience working for both Fortune 500 organizations and private companies, driving HR/Business strategy in all areas of Human Resources. In her role, she works closely with every level within the firm to accelerate Bonadio’s cultural transformation through leadership, differentiated talent models, attracting and developing the best talent and building an environment of engagement based on Purpose.
Hill joined Bonadio in 2018 and has over 25 years of experience spanning financial, consumer product goods and healthcare technology sectors, with a successful track record of implementing corporate growth strategies. He is responsible for stewarding the Bonadio brand and setting the vision, strategy for the firms marketing and communications. Since joining the firm, Hill has partnered with the firm’s practice and service areas to recast Bonadio’s go to market model, build digital infrastructure and led strategic planning for Bonadio’s Metro NY region.
