The Bonadio Group Continues Streak as a Top Workplace Across New York State

Rochester, N.Y., May 24, 2021 – This week, the Times Union named The Bonadio Group a 2021 Top Workplace in Albany, New York. The list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, and more.

This ranking is the latest in a series of recognitions of the nationally ranked Top 50 CPA firm’s top employer status. In March, the Democrat & Chronicle named The Bonadio Group one of Rochester’s 2021 Top Workplaces. The firm is one of only four companies that has won this award five times since 2014. Additionally, The Bonadio Group was recognized as one the Democrat & Chronicle’s first ever Diversity, Equity and Inclusion award winners. The inaugural group of five award recipients were celebrated for having extensive policies on hiring, promotions, retention, training and pay, as well as other noteworthy initiatives.
