The firm earned spot 34 based on feedback captured from employees in an annual survey
Rochester, N.Y., June 11, 2025—The Bonadio Group, an IPA Top 50 CPA Firm, has once again been included on Fortune’s Best Workplaces in New York™ 2025 List. The firm earned spot 34 in the Large Companies category, moving up from spot 35 in the Small and Medium Sized Companies category in 2024. Created in collaboration with Great Place to Work®, the list determined the firm’s ranking based on survey results gauging employees’ satisfaction and the organization’s efficacy in maintaining a positive, inclusive and engaging culture. The firm currently maintains an employee satisfaction rating of 87%, compared to a national average of 57%.
Other notable ratings from this year’s survey identified that 93% of staff feel good about the ways they collectively contribute to the community, and 92% feel satisfied with the welcoming culture and the resources they’re provided to do their job effectively. Additionally, 91% of respondents reported both being trusted with a lot of responsibility as well as being proud to tell others they work at The Bonadio Group.
