Cathy Powers is a results driven human resources leader with extensive experience partnering strategically with leadership to drive business growth. Cathy’s experience includes guiding organizations through mergers, organizational restructures, and periods of growth by building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and using data driven decision making with a people first approach. She has led complex change management initiatives that resulted in high performing organizational cultures. In her role at Bonadio, Cathy works closely with leaders and the HR team to develop programs that support the Bonadio strategy, prepare leaders and employees for the dynamic challenges of the industry, and advance the firm’s client and people cornerstones.
Cathy enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting local theatre and music, and being a proud aunt to both humans and family pets. She is a board member of Safe Harbors of the Finger Lakes, where she serves as Secretary and helps coordinate fundraising and community awareness events.
