Dan is a Partner in the Small Business Advisory practice in the Amherst office and brings 30 years of experience to the firm. Dan is also a partner with ValuQuest, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Bonadio Group; Dan has over 30 years of experience in accounting and has performed business valuations regularly. He has conducted seminars on business valuation approaches, case law, etc., for several law firms and commercial lending groups. Some industries for which Dan performed business valuations include manufacturing, construction, distribution, real estate, and professional services firms.
