Jeff is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial division.  He is responsible for the successful delivery of services the firm provides to clients in various industries.  These services include: annual financial statement audits; reviews and compilations; employee benefit plan audits; audits of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustees; preparation of tax returns; and also works on special projects including business forecasts, financing assistance, and sales and purchases of businesses.  Jeff’s tax experience includes: preparation of individual, S corporation, C corporation, and partnership tax returns.

As a Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustee audit team leader, his duties include coordinating and supervising the performance of the procedures in accordance with a Statement of Work, leading the entrance and exit conferences, supervising audit team members’ performances of audit procedures and procedures in accordance with a Statement of Work, and is responsible for the preparation and review of the audit report and prescribed procedures report.

As a Chapter 7 trustee audit team leader, his duties include: coordinating and supervising the performance of the procedures for Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee audits, leading the entrance and exit conferences, and is responsible for the preparation and review of the audit report.

Jeff is a graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, New York with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. 

Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is also a member of the Canisius College Council on Accountancy, and the Accounting and Auditing Committee and past board member of the Buffalo Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants
