Bo Singh

Bo is a Director at The Bonadio Group, where he helps financial institutions identify, measure, and manage credit risk while strengthening portfolio performance and regulatory compliance programs. Drawing on extensive experience in commercial banking, credit administration, loan review, and risk management, he partners with clients to navigate complex credit and operational challenges through practical, results-oriented solutions. His areas of expertise include commercial loan review, credit risk management, risk rating systems and credit quality assessments, criticized and classified asset reviews, commercial real estate and construction lending, appraisal and collateral evaluation, allowance for credit losses (ACL/CECL) methodologies, loan policy development, portfolio stress testing, regulatory compliance, and board and management reporting. Bo is known for his collaborative approach and commitment to client success, working closely with management teams and boards of directors to enhance risk governance, strengthen underwriting and portfolio monitoring practices, and support safe and sound banking operations.

Outside of work, Bo enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and competing in amateur and team golf events.
