The Bonadio Group Promotes Denise Gueli To Buffalo Office Managing Partner

BUFFALO, N.Y., February 11, 2020— Nationally ranked Top 50 CPA firm The Bonadio Group promoted Denise Gueli to Buffalo Office Managing Partner. Effective January 1, 2020, Gueli replaced Mario Urso who will continue to serve as Chairman and co-founder of the statewide Healthcare Tax Exempt practice.
Gueli has over 30 years of experience working with clients across Western New York. She is a nationally recognized expert in employee benefit plans and is actively involved with Bonadio’s employee benefit plan practice, which is among the top 20 in the U.S.

Active in the Buffalo community, Gueli serves as a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), as well as the Buffalo Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and Leadership Buffalo. She has been honored with Buffalo Business First’s 40 Under 40 award for career achievements and community involvement and was also recognized as a Woman in Leadership by the National Association of Women Business Owners.
Urso has served the Buffalo office as Office Managing Partner for the past three years and will continue to provide client service, leadership and expertise via his other firm roles.
