ROCHESTER, N.Y., December 17, 2025 – Beacon Solutions Group, a subsidiary of the nationally ranked Top 40 CPA firm The Bonadio Group specializing in healthcare revenue cycle management, today announced the appointment of Paula Santiago as its new chief operating officer (COO). The leadership change will be effective January 1, 2026.
Santiago previously served as director of Beacon’s Billing Services Team and is well positioned to assume the role of COO. She brings more than 20 years of industry experience, giving her comprehensive knowledge of the revenue cycle and strong technical skills in coding, documentation and auditing. She also has an operational and strategic understanding of Beacon’s work and is deeply committed to client success.

Beacon’s current COO, Andrea Hagen, will continue with the firm as corporate compliance officer and will remain actively involved as a senior counsel to the Beacon leadership team, which includes Santiago and Karen Donovan, director of clinical operations.
