Effective today, Medina will lead The Bonadio Group’s human resources function, helping advance the firm’s people-first culture and broader strategic priorities.
Cailee has been with The Bonadio Group for nearly a decade, most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources. Throughout her time with the firm, she has played an integral role in shaping and executing the HR team’s strategy while identifying opportunities to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance efficiencies across the firm.
