Ed is a Partner in firm’s Small Business Advisory Group. His areas of specialty include small business advisory services, insurance agencies, professional practices and non-profit organizations. His non-profit experience includes audits of Consolidated Fiscal Reports, OMB A-133 audits and audits of educational institutions.

Ed graduated cum laude from Siena College with a B.B.A. degree in Accounting.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ed currently serves on the Board and is Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee of DePaul Housing Management Corporation. Additionally, he serves on the Board and is a member of the Finance Committee of Wildwood Programs, Inc. Ed previously served as Treasurer for the Center Vascular Awareness, Inc., and on the Finance Committee for Habitat for Humanity. He also has done volunteer work for the Leukemia Society of America and the American Heart Association. Ed previously served as a member of the Northeast Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants Members in Industry Committee and Cooperation with Bankers Committee. He has also served as a speaker and panelist for the Group Self-Insurance Association of New York.
