Jacob is an Assurance Principal in our Public Sector Not-for-Profit industry. He has over 10 years of experience serving tax-exempt entities, including municipalities, school districts, not-for-profits, and various public authorities. He is a past presenter at both the New York State Land Bank Association and Central New York School Board Association, as well as various in-house continuing professional education courses on topics including single audits and best practices in auditing. He has extensive knowledge and experience with both Financial Accounting Standards Board and Government Accounting Standards Board pronouncements and federal compliance requirements, Government Auditing Standards, and single audits conducted by Uniform Guidance.
Outside the office, he is passionate about music and movies, as well as hiking, skiing, golfing, and playing volleyball.
