As a Practice Leader for Higher Education, Jean has worked with dozens of colleges and universities, providing consulting, audit, and tax advice. Her career in public accounting spans four decades. Before joining the firm in 2003, she spent over 20 years with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP. Jean is a frequent speaker and author on matters related to higher education. She is certified in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Jean is a committed volunteer and currently serves on the boards of the Rochester City Ballet and the Rochester Chapter of the American Red Cross. Past board positions include Highland Hospital, Writers and Books, and CURE Childhood Cancer Association, from which she received a Volunteer of the Year award. Outside work, she enjoys spending time on the water, whether boating with her family or sitting on her porch with a good book.
