John is a manager on the firm’s Investment Banking and Transaction Advisory teams, which have closed over $900 million in M&A transactions over the last 10 years. He advises clients on various aspects of M&A transactions, including deal structuring and negotiations, due diligence and quality of earnings, sell-side investment banking projections, and other ancillary transaction support.
In his spare time, John enjoys golfing, playing hockey, fishing, and participating in various outdoor activities. Additionally, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his friends and family.
