Kaitlyn is a Principal in the Assurance Division with experience in financial statement audits and tax compliance for a wide range of tax-exempt organizations, particularly human service organizations. With more than eight years of experience, Kaitlyn has developed a strong understanding of the financial and operational needs of nonprofit organizations. She works closely with clients to provide practical, thoughtful guidance that supports their missions and long-term success.
As an active member of her community, Kaitlyn serves on the Finance Committee for Girls on the Run of Greater Rochester, where she leverages her financial expertise to support the organization’s mission. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, whether attending sporting events or relaxing together at home.
