As a Managing Director of ValuQuest, Mike provides valuation advisory and financial consulting services to private and public companies for financial reporting purposes (ASC 805, ASC 820, ASC 350, ASC 360), gift & estate tax planning, buy/sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy/restructuring, and litigation support. Mike has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and financial consulting experience and has provided expert testimony in federal court, various state courts, and alternate dispute resolution settings.
Outside the office, Mike serves as a Board Member of the Star & Crescent Scholarship Foundation and is an active volunteer with several charitable and civic organizations. Mike and his family enjoy spending time outdoors with their Golden Retrievers, Jax and Lucy. Mike enjoys playing golf, hiking, fishing, boating, and the great outdoors.
