She leads and champions initiatives to strengthen service delivery, develop future leaders, and enhance operational effectiveness while upholding the highest standards of compliance and client care.
Theresa joined The Bonadio Group in 2013 with a strong background in financial services and has since developed deep expertise in serving financial institutions. Her technical strengths include the preparation and review of income tax provisions and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations. Throughout her career, she has been committed to building trusted client relationships, managing complex engagements, and developing impactful training programs to support the growth and development of her teams.
