Her expertise and interests include corporate tax compliance, tax provisions, consulting, mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and state and local taxation.
Theresa enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and their pets. She generally finds outdoor recreation and entertainment opportunities, including hiking, kayaking, concerts, and live sporting events. She loves to travel, and her sense of adventure often leads her off-road. When Western NY weather keeps Theresa indoors, she can be found hunting for vintage treasures and antiques to repurpose.
