In his work with the Outsource Accounting team, Tom's primary role is to ensure that the transition from historical financial platforms to a much more robust platform with, often, a completely new architecture is painless and allows clients to utilize their accounting platform as a forward-looking, intelligent tool rather than a reactive tool to help navigate the challenges businesses face.
If he's not at a hockey game with his family, Tom's other passion is his work with UR Thompson Hospital. Helping to shape the foundation board and participating in committees allows him to give back to his community. Helping to improve the hospital's financial well-being is also very rewarding, and he hopes to continue his board involvement.
