Effective 8/17/26, T. Gschwender & Associates Joins The Bonadio Group
The Bonadio Group is pleased to share that T. Gschwender & Associates (TGA), a provider of credit risk management services for financial institutions, will be joining the firm as part of the Internal Audit Business Unit within our Advisory & Consulting service line. TGA’s expertise in credit risk management complements our existing Advisory & Consulting capabilities and strengthens our services for financial institutions.
Important Information For T. Gschwender & Associates Clients
We want to share important information regarding the transition for current T. Gschwender & Associates (TGA) clients. The information below includes details about the new payment and billing processes and methods for connecting with The Bonadio Group. This information will facilitate a seamless transition and ensure all clients remain informed.
Beginning 8/17/26, TGA clients may submit payments to Bonadio by check, ACH, wire transfer, or through Bonadio’s Payment Portal. Instructions for each payment method are provided below. If you have any questions regarding your payment options, please contact billing@bonadio.com.
- Clients cannot use legacy TGA client reference numbers or login credentials when making a payment on the Bonadio payment portal.
- TGA clients who have not created an account, please visit our “Create an Account” portal and complete the steps below:
1.) Enter your email address and first and last name, and create a password, then click and submit the green “Create an Account” button.
2.) An email will be sent to the email address you provided. Click the link to verify your email address. Sometimes, email verifications can go into your spam/junk/other email inbox folder. Please check these folders if you don’t see the verification email in your primary inbox.
Note: If no email is received, this is because you are a billing contact who has already received an Aiwyn 1-Click Invoice Email and, therefore, do not need to verify your email address. If you don’t recall your password, go to the “Online Bill Pay” portal and click the “forgot password?“
3.) Once you verify your email address, you can use your new login credentials to sign into your account via our “Online Bill Pay” portal. Enter your email address and password on the Online Bill Pay page, and click and submit the green “Log In” button.
4.) You may be prompted to enter your client number and any invoice number associated with your client number. If you need your client number, please contact billing@bonadio.com OR call (877)917-3077 and the Bonadio billing team will supply you with that number.
5.) After you log in to the Online Bill Pay portal with your new login credentials, you can make payments, save payment methods, set up recurring payments, or link additional client accounts to your single payment portal user account.

ACH Payments:
ACH banking information can be found at the bottom of your Bonadio invoice. If you need additional assistance, please email billing@bonadio.com.
Wire Transfers:
Please email billing@bonadio.com to request wire transfer instructions.
TGA clients have been assigned a Bonadio client reference number, which will appear on your Bonadio invoices and statements.
Clients can utilize the Bonadio Client Portal to:
- Pay Invoices Online
- Learn About 1040 SafeSend Returns
- Enroll in E-billing
- Access the Client ‘My Portal’
- All TGA email addresses will be switched to @bonadio.com starting August 17th.
- Any emails sent to TGA email addresses will be re-directed to the Bonadio email.
- Additionally, we encourage TGA clients to subscribe to Bonadio’s Email Preference Center. Subscribing will give you access to the latest Bonadio business consulting, tax and accounting regulations, business service and industry-specific news, upcoming events, and more. Once subscribed, you can view and select your preferences. Note: If you subscribed to TGA’s email alerts and Insights newsletter, your email subscription will NOT be automatically transferred to Bonadio. You will need to subscribe to the Bonadio Email Preference Center.
