As the VP of Learning and Organizational Development, Allyson leads the design and implementation of firm-wide learning programs that build the technical expertise, industry knowledge, and leadership capabilities, creating meaningful opportunities for our people to grow and the firm to thrive. In this role, Allyson is responsible for partnering with firm leadership and stakeholders at all levels to develop and drive a firmwide learning strategy aligned with the firm’s vision, priorities, and growth agenda.
With over 20 years of experience in Learning & Organizational Development, Allyson combines strategic expertise with a genuine passion for developing people in everything she does. She holds a Master of Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology, is a certified DiSC practitioner, and is actively pursuing her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Allyson has spent her career building the knowledge and tools to develop people well. The result is programs that don’t just check a box but genuinely move people forward and leave a lasting mark on the firm.
Allyson understands that a well-developed team doesn’t just strengthen the firm; it elevates the client experience. When people are equipped with the right skills, confidence, and leadership capabilities, that excellence shows up in every client interaction, deliverable, and relationship the firm builds.
Outside of work, Allyson’s weekends revolve around her family and her kids’ swimming competitions. She also values time to focus on reading, traveling, and staying active.
