On June 23, 2025, we did just that—bringing together nearly 1000 employees across six different viewing parties around the country for our 47th annual “& More Day” event. This year’s theme, Gaining Momentum, captured not only how far we’ve come, but the energy and purpose fueling our future.
“Gathering for & More Day every year is a reminder of who we are at our best—united, energized, and committed to making a difference. It’s an opportunity to reflect on our accomplishments, recognize the people behind them, and renew our shared purpose as we continue gaining momentum together,” said Bruce Zicari, CEO.
Making This Year Special
The day kicked off with lunch and networking, giving teams time to reconnect, build camaraderie, and enjoy a shared experience across locations. From there, attendees were immersed in a high-energy live broadcast experience, designed to capture the excitement of a sports event—complete with dynamic hosts, engaging storytelling, and interactive segments.
Throughout the day, we celebrated the people and moments that defined the past year, from major firm milestones to powerful client impact stories. Employees took center stage in videos and interviews, sharing how they’ve gone above and beyond for each other, their clients, and their communities.
We also spotlighted:
- Key growth achievements and strategic wins across the firm
- Community engagement stories highlighting our shared commitment to giving back
- Employee recognition moments that honored those who exemplify our values
- Interactive activities and polls that brought remote and in-person audiences together in real time
The celebration wrapped up with a happy hour, both virtual and in person, giving teams a chance to close out the day with joy, laughter, and shared appreciation.
