As a Director in the Advisory & Consulting Division, Melissa leads the Consolidated Fiscal Reporting (CFR) Preparation team. With more than 20 years of public accounting experience serving non-profit organizations, particularly those operating in the human services sector, she regularly consults on accounting and auditing standards, best practices, operational efficiencies, and compliance requirements. Melissa partners closely with clients to prepare CFRs and supports them in implementing best practices, improving efficiencies, and building internal capacity through training to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant reporting.
Outside of work, Melissa spends most of her time with her family, supporting her children’s various activities, and giving back to the community. She serves as the Board Treasurer of the Geneseo Parish Outreach Center, a Board Member of the Western New York Children’s Advocacy Network, and Secretary of the local Cub Scout Pack.
